Refund policy

Return Policy for Skateshop

At Eightynine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Items such as used socks, protective gear, or custom-made products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Shoes and clothing must not show signs of wear and must be returned in resell able condition.

Process:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
2. Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
