This is not a rental pass. It is a commitment to your progression.
The Eightynine R&D Program is a season-long educational program designed for riders who want to understand equipment dynamics, analyze board geometry, and refine their technical riding.

Section 1: The Program

🏂MODULE 01: EQUIPMENT ANALYSIS (R&D)
Stop guessing. Start testing. You will learn how sidecut radii, camber profiles, and flex patterns change the way you ride.

• The Session:
  Structured 2.5-hour testing blocks using the 2026 CAPiTA & Spring Break fleet.
• The Assignment:
  Submit feedback to us after testing sessions. Your feedback directly influences our shop buying guide and determines the board models / sizes we procure for the for the next years Demo Fleet.

🧠MODULE 02: TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS

• Hosted Progression Sessions:
  Fast-track your learning at our progression sessions dedicated entirely to getting you to the next level.
• Tech Talks:
  Master your setup with deep dives into gear tech and essential maintenance skills to keep your ride dialed all season.

Section 2: The Privileges

Enrollment in the program automatically grants you "field Credentials". These are commercial privileges available exclusively to active those enlisted to support their training.

• Half Day (From 13:00) - Solid Board Only: 150,- (Public: 300,-)
• Half Day (From 13:00) - Solid Full Setup: 200,- (Public: 400,-)
• Full Day - Solid Board Only: 250,- (Public: 500,-)
• Full Day - Solid Full Setup: 325,- (Public: 650,-)
• Splitboard Day: 625,- (Public: 890,-)

• Competition entry fees are covered. While non-members pay to compete for prizes, R&D members get free registration for shop-hosted skate competitions.
  
  
  Section 3: Pricing and Verification

• Standard Enrollment: 1,490,- (Valid for 12 Months)
• Founders Tier: 990,- (First 10 Enlisted only)
• The Pro Route: FREE with in-store
  purchases over 5,000 NOK.
  For online purchases, bring proof of purchase into the store to sign up.

✅Verification
We do not use plastic cards. All status verification happens via our private digital channel, "Eightynine R&D".

How to Access: Upon payment of tuition, you will be invited to the private Facebook group.

Your Proof: Simply show your "Joined" status on your phone at the counter to redeem your privileges.

The Program Fee (Kursavgift) covers the educational components (Testing Access, Feedback Analysis, and Workshops) and is exempt from VAT under Merverdiavgiftsloven § 3-5. Discounts on retail goods and rentals are promotional privileges granted by Eightynine Shop AS to enrolled course participants and are not part of the service purchased.
