  • We currently ship only within Norway. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We try to process all orders within a few business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of your order.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over 1500 NOK, with the exception of larger items like snowboards and oversized products, which may have an additional shipping fee.

4. Delivery Times

  • Norway: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the delivery address and the shipping option chosen.
  • These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors.

5. Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you via email to inform you that your order is on its way.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, including weather or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Due to certain size or weight restrictions, some larger items like snowboards or oversized products may have higher shipping costs. We will inform you of any additional charges before processing your order.

  • No customs duties, taxes, or import fees are applicable to shipments within Norway.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
